		<description><![CDATA[<p>After a night camping and four hours driving home I didn&#8217;t feel much like cooking so I went to Sports Bar, Maun.  Officially the kitchen opens at 6.30pm on a Sunday and I arrived at 6pm, but since the staff were there it wasn&#8217;t a problem to make a couple of pizzas and some chips.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[<p>We like our potatoes roasted:  parboil them with the skins on, then drain, transfer to an oven tray and baste with oil.</p>
<p>The problem was that we couldn&#8217;t get them really crispy.  Then in a conversation with my brother all became clear.</p>
<p>The best potatoes for roasting are floury ones (floury potatoes tend to turn to mush [...]]]></description>
